Essentially, Deeper Network's smart routing relies on being able to intercept the DNS queries to choose the right tunnel to use. For example, if you are in a country that does not allow Pandora.com (or Pandora is restricted by licensing), you would want to map "pandora.com" to route through a tunnel to a peer in a country that allows it. Goto the URL opera://flags/#sidebar-site-panel, enable the flag, restart Opera, click the 3 dots at the bottom of the sidebar, scroll down to "Custom Site Panels" and add the URL for the site (whatever URL you get after logging into https://esound.app/ in a tab I assume).
