Think Eleven, a consultancy specialising in skills and workforce development, recognised this disconnect. In response, they created SkillStation—a purpose-built system that doesn’t just track training but focuses on measuring actual competency, closing skill gaps, and aligning workforce capability with business needs.

Over time, SkillStation has evolved in partnership with clients across a range of sectors, growing into a powerful, configurable platform that reflects real-world needs—designed by experts, shaped by users.
